Key take home message to thriving in life is to take a few minutes a day to write down or consider what you are thankful for. Quiet your mind (another great activity to improve your health) and consider what you are happy for like friends, family, coworkers, activities you enjoy, who you are, and what you have. Its a great state of mind to help enjoy your day and state of mind. Lets all practice being thankful this week and pass it around!
