We can't bring you the beach but we can bring you the class that will improve how you feel! Men are typically in greater need of mobility than women. Lack of mobility in key areas such as the hips, thoracic spine, and shoulders contributes to increased chance of injury, makes movement more difficult, and adversely effects how you feel on a daily basis. We recognize this and want to encourage guys to get out and do something about it in an environment that will be enjoyable. Join us and experience a no frills Yoga/Movement class that will cater to your needs and common problems! Here is what one participant had to say.
The men's yoga class at
Thrive Physical Therapy has greatly improved my flexibility and core
strength. As an older man with a back injury, I've found it difficult to
participate in other yoga classes, but the leader of the Thrive yoga class,
Sophia recognizes the challenges and needs of the men in
this group. She provides individual attention to each participant and
encourages us to go at our own pace. Like all of my experiences at Thrive
PT, this yoga class has been both enjoyable and personally rewarding.
This voucher is good for 10 Yoga/Movement Classes. Please bring your receipt for your first class. We look forward to seeing at class!
