Men are typically in greater need of mobility and a Yoga class than women. Lack of mobility in key areas such as the hips, thoracic spine, and shoulders contributes to increased chance of injury, makes movement more difficult, and adversely effects how you feel on a daily basis. We recognize this and want to encourage guys to get out and do something about it in an environment that will be enjoyable.
